Loan Offers

What is the loan for?

The loan is to assist with the business cashflow. Another factor inhibiting growth is employing care staff who drive but do not have a car or have unreliable cars, the company would like to purchase cars for carers to that end.

Furthermore, Caringlinks has just been awarded a contract with Derbyshire County , which commenced May 2015. To this end Caringlings will now have to recruit more staff and expand into larger offices. The loan will also contribute towards that expansion.

Why consider investing?

The need for help at home will continue to increase as older people make up the fastest-growing section of the population. By 2031 almost one-quarter of the population will be over state pension age. The majority of these people will opt to stay in their own home and many will require home help services. The average life expectancy is increasing and so is the number of age-related diseases. Many individuals with age-related diseases wish to retain their independence by continuing to live in their own homes rather than moving to a retirement or care home. Because of this there is an increasing need for home care assistants to help these individuals. As our elderly population continues to grow, so does the demand for elderly care, meeting their diverse needs is one of the fastest growing businesses opportunities around. As the population greys and lives longer, the demand for the care of the elderly has become a priority.

According to the census bureau, the number of older adults will continue to grow faster than any other age segment. As their numbers grow, their families require help caring for their special needs. However, the elderly have resisted entering institutions which means adult care services at home is poised perfectly to assist the elderly as they continue to live at home. The largest group of users of this service is older people. Research by the charity Age UK (formerly known as Help the Aged) shows that 5% of people aged 65-69 make regular use of private help at home For those over the age of 85 this rises to 28% The Government has been criticised for offering too little financial support to start-ups in the industry, but there are emerging plans to provide more capital and incentive for entrepreneurs. CaringLinks is a business that has become necessary in today's fast-paced world.
