We are an approachable accounting firm established on 1st April 2003. We now have 5 employees and over 300 clients. We cover a wide range of Accountancy services ranging from Payroll, to Self-Assessment Tax Returns and Limited Company Accounts.

Whilst the majority of our clients are local, we do provide Accountancy Services to companies across the UK and even abroad. In recent years our client base has grown and in response to the increasing demands of our clients we have been able to broaden the range of services that we provide. We provide Accountancy Services to a wide range of businesses that cover most industries and occupations, from Catering to Construction.

What is the loan for?

We would like the loan so that consolidate Orchard Funding which is costing £2,393.00 per month and our second loan with Orchard Finance which is costing £2,299.00 per month. We are both non-home owners and there is only a 54% personal guarantee available due to the other director being the estranged wife. However the brother is happy to guarantee the deal.

The YE 2015 accounts have not yet been filed at Companies House

The Management Accounts contain an interest figure of 1489, this is made up of £986 direct interest and the remainder is related financial charges.


The loan is to be secured by way of directors guarantees from the two main directors/ shareholders as well as a third party guarantee

The directors do not own any tangible assets as already disclosed

The third party guarantor has an estimate net worth of £195k. This is through ownership of two properties with an estimate combined value of £325k
