The loan is to refurbish a property owed by Oxton Estates Ltd.

The main property for refurbishment is 27 Woodchurch Road; this consists of two shops, a light industrial unit, a small store and 4/5 bed flat over. The refurbishment will split all the above into separate units.

The refurbishment will achieve a higher rental and then a higher capital value. It should also be noted that there is no commercial council tax in this area which makes the project more attractive to tenants.
