We are business services company who provide consulting expertise and fully outsourced solutions which provide management skills, industry best practice, brand development and staffing solutions to clients who operate hotels, leisure venues , restaurants and public houses.

What is the loan for?

We need to continue to expand the business and ensure we stay ahead of the competition and game.

The loan is required for:

a. Investment in IT equipment and Office Infrastructure to support the continued growth of the business

b. Working capital to fund the payment cycle from customers to our own payroll. as our turnover approaches £250k per month, there is a working capital requirement of £300,000 , of which over £150,000 is provided by the Directors and Shareholders on short term loans

c. Investment in marketing activities to broaden our base to a wider range of clients

Why consider investing?

1. The business is profitable and can comfortably service its debt

2. The business operates in a specialist market place where providing expertise and man power solutions to the leisure and hospitality industry is in growth - you cant download a hotel or restaurant experience or good meal, but our people can.

3. The business is supported by its Director and 100% shareholder who at any particular time is supporting the business with funding of over £200,000. Due to this size of personal investment there is no question of the Director not committing further funds as and when necessary

4. Low risk - strong balance sheet and the investment made by the Directors.

The loan is to be secured by way of Personal Guarantee and a 2nd charge over the directors investment property.

The Second charge will be registered against a personal investment property with an estimated value of £355k and estimate equity of £121k.
