We’re always looking at ways to improve user experience on the platform and ensure high levels of lender transparency, so we’re pleased to announce a change to your lender dashboard.
When viewing the ‘My Loans’ section of your dashboard, you’ll now be able to easily view the aggregate of your performing and non-performing loans. Previously users told us that they struggled to easily understand the performance status of each loan.
You will now be able to drill down into the non-performing loans and view loans that are late by less than 30 days, loans that are late by more than 30 days but less than 90 and easily see which loans are in default i.e. those loans late by more than 90 days.
You’ll be able to easily see which loans have a BuyBack Guarantee, which loans you have listed for sale as well as your overall capital exposure per loan and per performance category.
This change should help lenders quickly understand the performance of their loan book and help them manage their risk and monitor recovery action on every loan.
We’re always working on new ways to improve your lending experience and to help you save time. If you have any usability suggestions that you think would benefit you and others, please feel free to let us know by emailing support@rebuildingsociety.com
