There’s been a lot in the news recently about data, data breaches, data changes and data security. At we take your data privacy seriously. Recently we’ve made some changes to our Privacy Policy and to parts of the site that collect your data. We hope that these changes will make it easier for you to access your data and control what communications you receive from us.

These changes are part of our general improvements to the site as well as part of the new General Data Protection Regulations that come into force towards the end of May.

In the coming weeks you may be prompted to update your contact information and / or asked to review the Privacy Policy and consider your notification settings, which you can amend via your Profile Settings. We hope that these changes will ensure that you only receive content from us that a) is relevant to you and your use of the site and b) you want to receive.

Most of the data we collect is provided by you, primarily during the registration process. Additional data that we collect is gathered from your use of the site e.g. what loans you are part of and other transactional data related to your account and your use of our website.

Do we share your data?

We do not sell your data and only share data about you that is needed to complete transactions that you authorise on your account, or to fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations.

What rights do you have over your data?

You may ask us what data we hold about you, how we process your data, to correct or delete your personal data and you may opt out of messaging and certain data collection and use.

What data do we collect that can identify you?

What should you do now?

Update your notification settings via your Profile to ensure that you received news and information from us that you want and check to ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date.
